Mr. Uday has almost 3 decades of experience in pesticides and micronutrients industry. He is a serial Entrepreneur with his stints in agrarian, manufacturing, and plastic industry.He hails from Kundapur, Udupi. He comes from humble middle class family with agricultural background. He completed is Bachelors in Bangalore University. Since beginning he has been closely working with farmers, observing their day to day challenges. Challenges pertaining to farmers such as how to nurture the crop, which pesticide can increase the yield etc have been constant push for Uday and he set out his journey with the vision of addressing concerns pertaining to farmers as he believes that farmers are not only backbones of India but are the key indicators of environmental changes. Prior to heading Decan Agro Chemicals, Uday worked in pesticides industry for 15yrs handling various gamut of functions such as accounts production, marketing, finance and general administration. As founder member of Decan Agro Chemicals, he drives the vision of the company to ensure that there is innovation in the products that are offered to farmers along with optimization. His vision is to reach out to millions of farmers through pesticides and micro nutrients both in India and abroad. Apart from Decan Agro Chemicals he has ventured into Plasto Perfect, ,company which is into manufacturing of HDPE plastics

Sudhir comes from diversied background. Basically from Halleli, Kundapur, Udupi District, he obtained his Degree in Law from Mangalore University. He has close to 3 decades of experience in Education and Agriculture Industry. He worked as Administrative officer in one of the Engineering colleges prior taking up his role in Agricultural sector. With his passion to offer varieties of services, he joined the hands with Uday to scale up Decan Agro Chemicals. He drives complete marketing efforts of Decan Agro Chemicals all over India.
